About Us
Established in 2016, (originally as part of the Lawrence David Group), Part-Serv have steadily grown to become one of the UK’s largest suppliers of tail lift, load restraint and roller shutter door parts. The brands we stock include Anteo, DEL, Dhollandia, Ratcliff , Zepro, JR Industries, Checkpoint and FIX Cargo Securing Systems.

Operating from our central distribution centre in Peterborough, using our own fleet of delivery vehicles, along with our network of third-party logistics partners, we are able to deliver the majority of orders within the UK, within 24 hours. We also offer a speedy and reliable international delivery service.

Our Mission And Goal

Originating from a commercial vehicle body builder and working closely with a commercial vehicle repairer (and our sister company) Fleet-Serv, has given us at Part-Serv first-hand experience of the industry. We understand the challenges that our customers face, as we have seen them for ourselves and faced them too.

Within Part-Serv, we have over 50 years’ experience within the commercial vehicle industry and all of our parts advisors have spent numerous hours on the road with experienced engineers, learning their craft, all in order to provide a more knowledgeable and tailored service to our customers.

With this in mind, our only objective is to provide our customers with the best possible experience, every time they deal with us, and the only way for us to do that is by providing a friendly, reliable, knowledgeable and speedy service, every time.

Managing Director
Mike Bird
Mike has over 30 years’ experience within the commercial vehicle industry and has been managing director or Part-Serv & Fleet-Serv for the past 12 years and has been pivotal in the growth of both businesses.
Parts Manager
Craig Thain
Craig has been providing parts expertise in the commercial vehicle industry since 2008. He joined the business originally in 2016 and was instrumental in the creation of Part-Serv. Craig oversees the day-to-day running of the business and is the primary contact should you require any further information on Part-Serv.
Parts Advisor
Lee Wigmore
Lee has been with Part-Serv since March 2018 and has a vast knowledge of tail lift parts, in particular. Lee has spent numerous days on the road with experienced engineers, learning how repairs and services are carried out, all to enable him to provide a better service for our valued customers.
Parts Advisor
Daniel Landy
Daniel has been in the industry since 2014 and with Part-Serv since April 2019. Daniel originally started off as a paint sprayer for a commercial vehicle repairer and eventually transitioned to the parts department. Daniel has also spent numerous days out on the road with our engineers and is particularly knowledgeable in commercial body, curtain & load restraint repairs.
